The Gong Concert is an experience of relaxation and deep meditation that comes about spontaneously due to the vibrations of the gongs.
What is it about?
Daniele will play five gongs and use various relaxation techniques
What is needed for?
The vibration of the gong has numerous and profound effects on the body both physically and energetically
Its sound has a heartening and transformative power. Balancing us on a mental, emotional and spiritual level.
During the experience, we reach a light mind and absence of thought which leads to meditation. Sound has the power to remove negative emotions and thoughts from the subconscious that have settled inside the memory.
The gong bath experience is also called sound massage for a specific reason - the cells are actually stimulated. Every single cell receives a massage directly from the vibration linked to the sound.
Who is it suitable for?
It is suitable for all people of all ages.
For those who want to experience a state of deep relaxation.
What's special about it?
It can lead who practice it to bring up and dissolve ancient physical pains and to approach a state of inner joy and peace.
It can also remove blockages and free the energy channels in which prana (life energy) flows - it increases vital energy and stimulates self-healing processes, acts on the nervous system and the parasympathetic system. Before the Gong Bath, Margherita Baratti will lead a meditation to prepare the body to receive the vibrations of the sound of the gong.
Practical information
The duration of the concert is two hours of which the first 15 minutes are dedicated to meditation. Then the participants will be asked to lie down.
We recommend that you bring your own mat and a blanket. If you don't have one there will be some available at the space.
