DESCRIPTION

This workshop is aimed at anyone wishing to explore their body and movement, discovering new dimensions of dance.

This approach explores the impact of classical and contemporary dance on everyday life.

It is about each individual discovering where to draw energy from, how to channel it and utilise it in different parts of the body to create a new version of themselves that unites body and spirit, posture and their own worldview.

A transformative course dedicated to bringing out your full potential, activating it and living it out in every aspect of your life.

Through movement and targeted physical training, you will rediscover dance as an expression of your spirit and inner joy.

In a very special setting, at Palazzo Caprioli in Gussago in the province of Brescia, between Verona and Milan, treat yourself to a dream stay in the atmosphere of Renaissance Italy.

The programm consists of four evening sessions exploring movement and balance.

For those coming from abroad or other cities, during the day you can visit Brescia, Bergamo, Lake Iseo, Lake Garda, Verona, Mantua, Venice or Milan

Open to anyone who has not studied this technique and to anyone wishing to strengthen their foundations.

Through dance, I guide people to answer the questions: ‘Who am I?’, ‘What power do I have within me?’, ‘How can I access it and make it work for me and my life?’.

How does classical dance transform our lives?
