Biography

Michele Venturini (Brescia 1972) is a scholar of History of Costumes. He is a professor of “History of Fashion, Research and Trends” and he runs the course “Fashion Trend & Research” at the Machina Lonati Institute of the homonymous Brescia Foundation. He collaborated with FAI (National Trust for Italy) as a researcher and consultant. He is a curator and promoter of exhibition projects for the fashion and costume sector. It carries out historical research and communication experiments through exhibitions and conferences. He has been working as a promoter for some of the most significant European authors’ production. He collaborates with foundations, associations, organizations and companies for cultural and educational projects. He writes for Wall Street International Magazine about fashion, costume, design and art.
